Polaris Bank is set to celebrate the 2026 Customer Service Week alongside other global organisations from October 5 to 9, with the theme “The Extra Mile”.

In a statement released on September 28, 2026 in Lagos, the Bank disclosed that the theme underscores its enduring dedication to customer satisfaction and continuous enhancement of banking experience.

The Bank explained that Customer Service Week has become an annual tradition used to show appreciation to loyal customers, celebrate staff who deliver outstanding service, and deepen the culture of putting customers first across all its operations.

Tracing its service journey, the Bank recalled that the 2020 edition was celebrated under “Dream Team” to honour staff resilience during a difficult global period, while 2021 focused on service excellence and customer appreciation.

According to the statement, the 2022 edition emphasized value creation through strong customer relationships, just as 2023, themed “Team Service”, stressed the importance of collaboration in achieving seamless service delivery.

The Bank added that 2024 centered on consolidating service excellence and customer engagement, while 2025, which was tagged “Mission: Possible”, celebrated the determination of employees to surmount challenges in order to create exceptional customer experiences.

It noted that the sustained investment in customer experience has attracted recognition, including the 2022 KPMG Customer Experience Survey where Polaris Bank emerged as the most improved bank in retail banking, climbing five places to sixth position, a feat that attests to its consistency in service improvement.
