CHIEF DR. JONATHAN BATURE MUSA MOURNS PASSING OF ALHAJI ABUBAKAR AGEGE, HAILS HIM AS BRIDGE-BUILDER

Chief Dr. Jonathan Bature Musa, NDC Candidate for Plateau State Northern Senatorial Zone, has expressed deep grief over the passing of Alhaji Abubakar Agege, former Chairman of the Plateau State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, veteran broadcaster, and distinguished community leader.
In a condolence tribute issued today, Chief Dr. Bature Musa commended Alhaji Agege’s exemplary leadership during his tenure as Executive Chairman of the Plateau State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board. He noted that the late elder statesman’s dedication to service, professionalism in broadcasting, and commitment to community development left an indelible mark on Plateau State.
Describing the transition as the departure of a bridge-builder, Chief Dr. Bature Musa said Alhaji Agege’s wisdom, humility, and devotion to peace-building will be sorely missed across religious and ethnic lines.
He extended heartfelt condolences to the immediate Agege family, the Muslim Ummah, and the leadership and members of the Jama’atu Nasril Islam (JNI) over this painful loss.
Chief Dr. Bature Musa prayed to God to grant the deceased eternal rest in Aljannah Firdaus and to bestow strength, comfort, and fortitude upon the grieving family, friends, and all those mourning his passing during this difficult time.
