Citing the frequent change of commissioners of police, the Rivers government is to launch fresh comprehensive security architecture to enhance security in the state.
Governor Nyesom Wike dropped the hint while receiving the new Commissioner of Police, Mustapha Dandaura, at Government House, Port Harcourt.
He noted that the high turnover of CPs and service commanders had made it difficult to plan for the improvement of security of lives and property in the state.
The governor said his administration had concluded plans to launch a new all-encompassing security architecture to make the state safe for residents and businesses.
