The Ports Terminal Multiservices Limited (PTML) Command of the Nigeria Customs Service has generated a total revenue of ₦424,584,608,992.26 as of December 12, 2025. The Customs Area Controller, Comptroller Joe Anani, disclosed this at the 2025 end-of-year party organised by the Customs Officers Wives Association (COWA), PTML Chapter.

The revenue collection has surpassed the Command’s 2024 total collection of ₦362.5 billion by over ₦62 billion, even before the end of the year. Comptroller Anani attributed the Command’s success to the effective implementation of the Unified Customs Management System (UCMS), also known as B’Odogwu, and the guidance of the Comptroller General of Customs, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi.

The Command has also made significant strides in anti-smuggling efforts, preventing the importation of illicit and expired drugs, arms and ammunition, and other prohibited items. The seizure of cocaine worth ₦29.4 billion, which was handed over to the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), was highlighted as a major achievement.

The COWA Chairperson, Mrs. Caroline Ifeoluwa Anani, described the end-of-year party as a continuation of the PTML Command’s tradition of togetherness. She noted that 2025 had been an eventful year for COWA, with various activities and initiatives, including mental health awareness programs, medical screenings, and donations to women and children.

As part of its community outreach efforts, COWA donated food items to women and children in the spirit of Christmas. The donation is a reflection of the Command’s commitment to giving back to the community and supporting the welfare of its members.

The PTML Command’s remarkable revenue growth and community outreach efforts demonstrate its commitment to excellence and its role in contributing to the economic development of Nigeria.
