Comptroller-General of Customs, Adewale Adeniyi, has been elected President of the Nigeria Wrestling Federation (NWF). He was elected on October 25, 2025, at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.

Adeniyi’s Vision for NWF:

– Align NWF’s vision with national sports reforms
– Expand wrestling’s reach through stronger sponsorships and inclusive administration
– Foster grassroots expansion, transparent administration, and female participation
