NIMASA Strengthens Stakeholders Engagement On CVFF Disbursement 

The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) has continued to strengthen constant consultation and engagement with stakeholders to ensure effective communication aimed at attaining seamless disbursement of the Cabotage Vessel Financing Fund earlier approved by President Muhammadu Buhari.
It was learnt that management of NIMASA had a fruitful meeting with the Nigerian Indigenous ShipOwners Association‘s Steering Committee of the CVFF led by its Chairman, Dr. Edward Sohwo.
Director-General of the agency, Dr. Bashir Jamoh, once again reassured the Indigenous ShipOwners of the agency’s commitment under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of Transportation to implement the President’s approval for disbursement of the CVFF.
