MAJAN Congratulates Aniebonam On NNPP’s Kano Guber Victory At Supreme Court

·         Commends Apex Court For Verdict, Says Justice Delayed, Not Justice Denied

The Maritime Journalists Association of Nigeria (MAJAN) has congratulated the founder of New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) and National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF), Dr. Boniface Aniebonam on the party’s victory at the Supreme Court.
Specifically, MAJAN applauded the judgment of the Apex Court that confirmed Abbah Gida Yusuf as Governor of Kano State.
MAJAN expressed delight at the development and commended Aniebonam for his optimism, perseverance and tenacity in bringing NNPP to greater heights of recognition in the nation’s political landscape.
In a statement issued by MAJAN, the group said: “As the founder and leader of NNPP, Aniebonam has shown so much commitment and unwavering loyalty in nurturing and standing by the party through thick and thin.
“Suffice to say that MAJAN has always known Aniebonam to be a man who believes in justice. He stands for what is right, fights for the less privileged and uses even his personal resources to uplift the indigent ones in the society.
“A reputable stakeholder, regarded as the Freight Forwarder-General of the Nigerian Maritime Industry, Aniebonam is a man of the people. Many young Nigerians have benefited from his goodwill.
“Today, many young people are earning a living as freight forwarders in the industry because of his benevolence. A philanthropist, kind and highly detribalised Nigerian, he has contributed enormously to the growth and development of Nigerian Maritime industry.
“It is to his honour that the country now has an institution popularly known as NAGAFF Academy, where aspiring freight forwarders are groomed to become effective freight Forwarders in the ports.”
MAJAN further stated that the history of freight forwarding practice in Nigeria will be incomplete without mentioning Aniebonam, adding that he is like a book with many pages.

“In that book, the more you read, the more you discover many appealing qualities about his personality. It is a testament to his hard work that the NNPP secured some seats at the upper and lower chambers of the National Assembly and the Executive Governor of Kano State,” it said.
