Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State has sworn in Chief Kesta Ogualili, Alhaji Yusuf Alao and 24 others as his special advisers.
Ogualili from Dunukofia Council of Anambra State and Alao from Ogbomosho Council of Oyo have lived in Borno for many years.
Zulum appointed Ogualili and Alao as professionals to serve the state in the implementation of his 10-point development agenda.
The duo also actively supported the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state during electioneering.
Special advisers are ranked next to commissioners in the State

Zulum, who was represented by Deputy Governor Umar Kadafur, urged them to live up to expectations.
