Governor Obiano commends indigenous investments in Anambra State

Anambra State Governor Willie Obiano has commended the citizens of the state for heeding the call for investment at home.

Obiano, who expressed satisfaction at the pace of investment across the state, appealed to citizens and residents to sustain the tempo, to develop the state and create jobs.

In a statement released in Awka, Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, C. Don Adinuba, noted that some industrialists and entrepreneurs were establishing branches of their businesses in Anambra while others shut down theirs elsewhere to establish them in the state.

He said that the unprecedented interest in home investments had gained much response to the state government’s ‘Aku Luo Uno’ policy of ‘Think Home.’
