Experts canvass revival of education sector via science, technology

Experts have canvassed the resuscitation of the education sector through science and technology to reverse the nation’s stagnation.

They also identified lack of human capacity development as another bane to its socio-economic advancement.

The stakeholders spoke at a one-day summit organised by Sunbird Communication in conjunction with Tech Innovation London, Hybrid Tech London and Global Tech London in Ibadan.

The tech experts noted government must stop paying lip service to education if the country must compete favourably with others.

The CEO of Sunbird Communication, Olu Akerele, admitted that there was still much to be in the sector.
