Comptroller Kolade Receives Border Trade Facilitation Award for Outstanding Anti-Smuggling Work

Comptroller Kayode Kolade, renowned for his tireless efforts in combating smuggling, has added another feather to his cap. At the recent CGC Award Night, Comptroller Kolade received the prestigious Border Trade Facilitation Award, a testament to his unwavering commitment to curbing smuggling activities and promoting legitimate trade.

At the just concluded Comptroller General’s award night, where area controllers who have distinguished themselves in their respective areas of jurisdiction, Comptroller Kolade, was honoured with a prestigious award on border trade facilitation.

Despite his daunting responsibility to curb snugging and economic infractions, Kolade has successfully shouldered the task of arresting smugglers while facilitating trade at the Seme and Badagry borders
His exemplary performance in this regard earned him recognition at this year’s CGC Awards event in Abuja
It is on record that the command has made its highest revenue under his stewardship, and he is not looking back.
