Cleric Makes Case For Mentoring Of Young Gospel Artistes By Gbenga Dada

A gospel artiste, Pastor Ayoola Ogundare, has called on his peers to mentor young gospel singers to be relevant musicians in Christendom.

Ogundare, who launched his fifth album titled: “Music and Miracle’’ recently, told newsmen that today’s gospel artistes held a lot of promise for the future.

He added that this prompted him to establish a music academy, which had been able to touch lives all around the globe, adding that the new album was aimed at impacting lives positively through miracles of salvation, winning souls for Christ and giving joy to people.

Ogundare said that the academy taught young, upcoming artists in musical instrumentation, saying: “Over the years, I have trained more than 30 gospel artistes in my music school which has bred good vocalists and instrumentalists.”

He also said that his music school, Judah King Music, was strictly for gospel music, explaining that as a Branch Pastor of Gospel Faith Mission International, he had always been a humble servant in the discharge of his duties, counselling and prayers. “My music was officially launched in 2003 with the first Album titled; “the two beggars. The second, third and the fourth albums were titled: Sunkere, Praise Unlimited’ and Breakthrough respectively,” he said.
