CGC Leads Wellness Exercise in Kano
promotes Work-Life Balance Amongst Officers and Men
In a significant move towards promoting work-life balance and wellness among its officers and men, the Comptroller-General of Customs (CGC), Adewale Adeniyi, led a Work-Life Balance exercise in Kano on Saturday, July 27, 2024.
The event, which took place at the Kano Race Course, saw active participation from the officers and men of the Kano/Jigawa Command.
At the event, the CGC emphasised the importance of regular physical activity for overall health for officers and men. He further encouraged all officers to incorporate exercise into their daily routines, as such activities contribute to better service delivery and operational efficiency.
The work-life balance exercise is one of many initiatives by the Nigeria Customs Service aimed at promoting the well-being of its officers and ensuring they are fit to meet the demands of their duties.
