APC upbeat about early passage of 2020 budget

The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has backed the commitment of both the executive and legislative arms of government to ensure the national budget is returned to the January-December cycle.

Expressing the hope of the early passage of the 2020 budget in a statement by its National Publicity Secretary, Malam Lanre Issa-Onilu yesterday in Abuja, APC lauded President Muhammadu Buhari and party faithful on the early presentation of the record N10.33 trillion appropriation bill.

It stated that the budget would consolidate on the gains recorded in revamping the economy.
