Comptroller Alade Takes Over At Ogun II Area Command Of NCS

On September 13, 2023, Comptroller A.O.B. Alade took over from Acting Controller A.B. Shu’aibu as the new Customs Area Controller (CAC) of Ogun ll Customs Area Command.
Comptroller Alade was one of the Customs Comptrollers who were deployed by the Ag. Controller General of Customs, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi on September 6, 2023.
Until his appointment, Alade was a former Deputy Comptroller Administration for Plateau, Benue, and Nasarawa Area Command, DC Administration, Murtala Muhammed Airport, Controller Discipline, Headquarters, and Controller Northwestern Marine.
During the handing-over address, Deputy Comptroller AB Shu’aubu, outgoing Acting CAC welcomed the new CAC and congratulated him on his appointment.  He commended officers and men of the command, sister agencies, as well as traders and stakeholders for their maximum support while in office.
A statement issued by the Public Relations Officer of Ogun ll Customs Area Command, Abeokuta, ASC D. Adamu, said Alade commended the outgoing Acting CAC, Deputy Comptroller A.B. Shu’aibu for his laudable achievements and wished him well in his new office.

He also appreciated the presence of other sister agencies, stakeholders, and traders at his reception and appealed for the same cooperation they accorded the outgoing Acting Controller to be extended to him in order to boost the activities of the command and generate more revenue for the service.
