We can use Music as unifying factor for Nigerians, gospel artiste, Famisa says

A Lagos-based Gospel Artist, Evan. Ebenezer Famisa, says music could be used as a unifying factor for the nation, encouraging forgiveness and preaches peace as the nation attains it’s Diamond anniversary.

Famisa, who is billed to launch a new album title: Ona- Iye, Volume 4 series before the end of the year in Lagos said that music could stand as a unifying factor and give Nigeria peace of mind, even as the world is experiencing Coronavirus pandemic.

Famisa said that the album carries lot of thorough reflection of the ways of life and the light of Jesus.

“My song is to impact positively on the lives of the young generations, who are currently deviating from the ways of the Lord to come back and contribute their quota positively to the development of the country.

The Omuo-Ekiti born gospel artist, also advised the leaders and stakeholders in the nation’s development to listen to the warning of the Lord, walk in His ways and guide the followers in the right direction that they ought to go.

The artist has produced four albums in the last 10 years, which include: Omi Leniyan, Dada kodara to, Isokan, Ajeri igbala and the about to be launch Ona iye.

He said that Music was their contribution to deepening peace, mutual respect and unity in Nigeria, noting that: “what Nigeria needs is prayers by all its citizens, because time to celebrate with party and other extravagant waste is gone.

“It’s now time to pray to Almighty God for peace, stability in the country and the unity of the nation.

“It was an agreement in GOMAN to offer specials prayers for peace and stability in the country; we must team-up to pray for our dear country, saying that prayer is a powerful tool of ending any form of hardship and situations.

He assured that the prayers for national stability and growth would continue he said

I want to appealed to all Nigerians to be their brothers keepers and unite for peace, to ensure a better Nigeria.

The gospel artiste, who is a member of Gospel Musicians Association of Nigeria,(GOMAN) Lagos Chapter and happily married with children, said the best way he can contribute his own quota is through Music that he knows better.
