A man killed his wife slept with the corpse for three days for money ritual.

Ikechukwu Atansi 49 yrs from Anambra state has allegedly killed his wife Uchechi Atansi,slept with the corpse for three days but unfortunately it yield no result
Our correspondent in Anambra said that the incident happened in Ezimezi, Amawbia, in the Awka South Local Government Area of the state.
The man reportedly stayed inside the room with the corpse for three days until the lifeless body started decomposing and an offensive odour started coming out from the room
According to a resident in the house the suspect had allegedly killed his wife for money rituals and stayed with the corpse waiting for it to start yielding money but the gods failed him,no money came out of the dead woman
The incident was reported to the Police, the suspect was arrested and detained at the Station for interrogation
The suspect, revealed that his wife was murdered but he denied having a hand in her death that he went into a mysterious sleep immediately she died and did know what happening thereafter.
He reportedly tried to regain consciousness so many times but fell down in the process.
He maintained that was why the matter could not be reported to the Police, but regained consciousness and alerted neighbours who invited the Police.
After a careful analysis of the scene by Police detectives, marks of violence and struggle were observed on the body of the victim and blood spilled all over the room.
Photographs of the victim as well as the scene were taken and the corpse was removed and deposited in the Amaku General Hospital mortuary for autopsy after the body was confirmed dead by medical practitioners in the hospital.
