Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu, has charged officers to put in their best in curbing fraud associated with digital banking.
Magu gave the charge at the training for officers on digital banking operations and investigation course at EFCC Academy in Karu, Abuja.
He spoke through representative of the Academy’s Commandant, Deputy Chief Detective Superintendent Nwanneka Nwokike.
Programme facilitator, Suraj Sanusi, said the training, designed to improve staff members capacity in digital banking was as a result of a needs assessment conducted by the EFCC Academy.
“The training will aid investigating officers in tackling emerging trends in the world of digital banking,” he said.
