FiBOP Takes 2026 Conference and Awards Publicity to Radio Nigeria Ahead of October 17 Event
The Finance and Business Online Publishers Association (FiBOP) has urged stakeholders in finance, taxation, insurance, fintech, trade and investment to participate in its 2026 Annual Conference and Awards scheduled for October 17 and 18 in Lagos.
The association will use a live radio interview on Radio Nigeria 103.5FM on Wednesday to promote the event, highlight its objectives and encourage participation from industry leaders, policymakers, regulators, investors, media professionals and members of the public.
The programme will air from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., with the Chairman of the FiBOP Conference Event Committee and the President of the association discussing preparations for the conference and awards.
The two-day event will hold at Orchids Hotel, Lekki, Lagos, beginning at 10:00 a.m. daily, under the theme: “Unlocking Nigeria’s Economic Potential: Taxation, Industry, Insurance, Fintech, Trade and Investment as Catalysts for Nigeria’s $1 Trillion Vision.”
The conference will provide a platform for discussions on how taxation, industrial development, insurance, financial technology, trade and investment can contribute to economic growth and Nigeria’s ambition of building a $1 trillion economy.
Dr. Muda Yusuf, Chief Executive Officer of the Centre for the Promotion of Private Enterprise (CPPE), will serve as Conference Chairman, while Mrs. Bola Odukale, Director-General and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Insurers Association (NIA), will be the Guest Speaker.
The conference and awards are expected to bring together key players across the public and private sectors to exchange ideas, explore investment opportunities and recognise contributions to Nigeria’s financial and business sectors.
FiBOP said the radio engagement forms part of efforts to increase public awareness of the conference and awards and mobilise participation from relevant stakeholders.
The association therefore calls on business leaders, government officials, regulators, professionals, investors, online publishers and members of the public to tune in to Radio Nigeria 103.5FM on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. for the live discussion.
Interested participants are also encouraged to attend the FiBOP 2026 Annual Conference and Awards on October 17 and 18 at Orchids Hotel, Lekki, Lagos.
