Recent Tariff Adjustments by Mediterranean Shipping Company

As of January 1, 2026, Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has implemented a revised tariff structure that includes upward adjustments to its import documentation fees and port additional charges. The changes are as follows:

– Import Documentation Fees:
– 20-foot containers: N58,500 (up from N45,000)
– 40-foot containers: N93,600 (up from N72,000)
– Port Additional Charges:
– 20-foot containers: N80,000 (up from N50,000)
– 40-foot containers: N160,000 (up from N100,000)

These changes reflect the new rates that MSC will apply to its customers.
